What if you could travel back in time, nearly 2,000 years to the Roman era, and discover the secrets of ancient cuisine?
Spend a morning delving into the history of La Croix-Valmer and exploring the Roman Villa of Pardigon, an exceptional archaeological site bearing witness to the Roman presence in our region.
During the tour, discover the remains of this ancient villa, its layout and how its inhabitants lived their daily lives. A unique opportunity to gain a better understanding of life in this part of the Mediterranean coast during the Roman era.
After this historical immersion, it’s time to savour the flavours of antiquity!
Take part in a cookery workshop inspired by Roman culinary practices and discover the ingredients, techniques and eating habits that were part of everyday Roman life.
A cultural, fun and gourmet experience that offers a different way of engaging with history: by observing, discussing… and getting stuck in!
A morning to discover Pardigon, learn whilst having fun and get a taste of antiquity!
