Concert - Cologne Philharmonic Chamber Orchestra

The Cologne Chamber Philharmonic will perform in Saint-Tropez on September 24, 2026, at 8:00 p.m. for a special concert at the Notre-Dame-de-la-Assomption Church.

Founded in 2003 in Cologne, the Cologne Chamber Philharmonic brings together world-class musicians from prestigious international ensembles and masterclasses. The ensemble performs regularly in Germany and abroad and champions a vision of classical music that is at once demanding, lively, and accessible.

As part of its tour of Provence and the French Riviera, the Cologne Chamber Philharmonic presents a program featuring several of the great masters of the classical repertoire: Antonio Vivaldi, Georg Friedrich Handel, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, and Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky.
The musicians invite the audience to discover or rediscover these iconic works in the unique atmosphere of the Notre-Dame-de-la-Nativité Cathedral in Vence, offering a convergence of the richness of architectural heritage and the expressive power of classical music.
The Cologne Chamber Philharmonic is distinguished in particular by the freedom it grants its musicians to also perform as soloists, allowing for a wide variety of interpretations and a particularly lively connection with the audience.

This concert is part of a six-date tour of southern France, with stops in Aix-en-Provence, Sainte-Maxime, and Saint-Raphaël
