Located on the Saint-Tropez peninsula, between Grimaud and Ramatuelle, in the commune of La Môle, Clos Mirages is a 15-hectare family wine estate nestled on the edge of the Massif des Maures. This vineyard, certified organic and classified as A.O.P. Côtes de Provence, benefits from a privileged terroir, ideal for growing Provençal grape varieties, with a fully respectful approach to the environment.
At Clos Mirages, the commitment of passionate professionals translates into a meticulous approach to each stage of production. Every detail is considered to create a great wine: fully ripe vines, limited yields, an ultra-selective harvest, cluster cooling, and vinification by plot. The goal? The multi-award-winning Rosé Clos Mirages 2023 embodies this quest for excellence. Classified as an A.O.P. Côtes de Provence and certified organic, Clos Mirages produces a small quantity of gourmet Rosé for restaurateurs, wine merchants and connoisseurs. Everything is done to create a great wine: vines at full maturity, limited yields, ultra-selective harvesting, cooling of bunches, plot-by-plot vinification, limited use of sulfites...

The multi-medal-winning Clos Mirages 2023 Rosé is characterized by great freshness and intensity on the nose and palate. A rosé to be drunk as an aperitif and throughout the meal, you'll find it on top tables as well as at the Domaine, in a brand-new bio-climatic winery.

Clos Mirages also offers a range of accommodation options: a villa, an apartment and three guest rooms, all arranged around a swimming pool.
