Château Minuty

Château Minuty, emblematic domain of the village of Gassin, synonymous with high standards and authenticity, is one of the 18 classified growths of Provence.

From 01/05 to 30/09/2025 daily between 9 am and 7 pm.
From 01/10/2025 to 01/04/2026 from Monday to Friday between 9 am and 12.30 pm and between 1.30 pm and 6 pm.

The vineyards stretch along the Berle valley, below the village of Gassin and partly over Ramatuelle. Château Minuty is one of 18 crus classés in Provence. Its rosés are among the best-known in the world. The vineyard is one of the oldest in Gassin. It has belonged to the Matton family for over 80 years. The vines are harvested by hand.
