La Favouille is a charming Provençal-style villa located in the private estate of La Nartelle (access controlled by surveillance cameras) between Saint Maxime and Les Issambres.

It is located below the wide Avenue Paul Arène, which is a cul-de-sac, meaning there is no traffic on the avenue. It is easy to park one or more cars there.

It is located on a plot of over 2000m², with no neighbours opposite, planted with numerous umbrella pines, laurels and other shrubs, and equipped with night lighting.
It is a 10-minute walk from La Nartelle beach (La Reine Jeanne) via a separate, car-free path that can be accessed through a metal gate at the bottom of the garden.
An outdoor wall-mounted shower (walk-in style) allows you to rinse off after returning from the beach or cool off in hot weather.

The garden has a shaded terrace with sea views, equipped with deckchairs and a hammock, where you can enjoy an aperitif or coffee, or simply relax or take a nap.

The detached house is on one level. It was built in 1967, extended and completely refurbished and modernised in 2024.
With a floor space of 150m² (excluding the garage), it has 5 main rooms: a living room, a kitchen/dining room and 3 bedrooms with 2 beds, plus an entrance hall, a WC and a bathroom with shower and WC.
The living room, with a corner fireplace that is much appreciated in winter, opens onto a covered terrace of nearly 16m² that serves as a summer living room and is equipped with two sofas, two armchairs, a coffee table and a large table placed against the west wall.
The kitchen/dining room opens onto a 12 m² covered terrace equipped with a table for 6 people and a gas plancha grill.

- in the living room, connected TV with Orange Livebox Internet/Wi-Fi (fibre)
- a Sony mini stereo system (radio, CDs, cassettes)
- in some rooms (entrance hall, living room) additional electric radiators.

- The house has mechanical ventilation in three rooms: bathroom, toilet and kitchen.
- Finally, it has air conditioning (reversible heat pump) in each bedroom and in the kitchen/dining room.
