A security deposit of €500 is required upon arrival.

The apartment must be left in impeccable condition, including the kitchen area, and the trash must be emptied.
Keys must be returned to the agency by 10:00 a.m. at the latest on the day of departure.
Parties and noise disturbances are strictly prohibited.
