Casa Elsa – Maisons Mimosa is a house with a landscaped garden situated within a private residence that boasts a shared swimming pool. It has been fully renovated and is air-conditioned, offering a peaceful and green setting that is ideal for family holidays or stays with friends.

A beautiful, renovated family home located in the heart of the Golfe de Saint-Tropez, in Sainte-Maxime. Together with my father, who is an interior decorator, we designed it to be a comfortable, bright and functional place, ideal for holidays with family or friends.

Living areas:

The house is fully air-conditioned and very bright.
It features a large, 55-square-metre living room which is warm and welcoming and opens onto a veranda overlooking the flower-filled garden.
The comfortable furniture is well suited to longer stays.

The open-plan kitchen, centred around a kitchen island, is fully equipped.

• coffee machines, kettle and toaster
• food processor and many accessories.

There is an outdoor terrace where you can enjoy meals, and a Weber barbecue is available.

Bedrooms and bathroom:

There are five beds in the house.:
- Main bedroom (12 sqm) with a queen-size bed (160×200), bright with a view of the garden
The second bedroom (10 sqm) has a bunk bed (140×200 at the bottom and 90×200 at the top), which is ideal for children or guests.

The modern bathroom features a large shower.
Bed linen and towels are provided.

Garden and swimming pool:

The fully enclosed 300 sqm garden, which is planted with olive, palm and lemon trees, is perfect for families and pets.

The shared swimming pool of the residence is located less than 20 metres from the house and is very quiet (there are about ten houses in the residence).
It is open all year and usable from May to October, with a shallow area suitable for children.

• There is a covered parking space and a public car park nearby.
