Villa Saphir

the villa Saphir was renovated in 2019. It is available all year round. Very sunny, it has a large garden and a swimming pool heated in the middle season, equipped with a pool house with a dining area and a large barbecue, a boules pitch. Capacity of 10 people maximum.

The villa Saphir is composed on the ground floor of a beautiful entrance hall, a large living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen open to the dining room, a laundry room and a master suite with a bathroom with shower and bathtub. Each of these rooms open out to a patio or terraces.
On the 1st floor, a large television lounge with a sofa bed, and two bedrooms; one with a shower room has a partial view of the sea, the other with a bathroom overlooking the swimming pool and opening onto a beautiful terrace giving access to the heights of the garden. On the second floor there is a large downstairs bedroom with three single beds.
The outside consists of a very large flowered garden, several terraces and solariums around the swimming pool secured for children and heated in the middle season, a pool house with a dining area and a large barbecue. Also: a private car park, a boules pitch.
