Villa Ermitage

The Villa Ermitage is the first house built in Le Rayol in 1910 in what was still only the Maures forest.
It has been carefully renovated respecting its original 1900's character but with contemporary Danish décor and furniture.

All year round.

The house, 330m2, has 6 fully independent suites with sea view and can accommodate a maximum of 12 people.

Nestled in its tropical garden, the completely sheltered infinity pool offers a breathtaking view of the Ile du Levant. It also benefits from direct access to the beach by a pedestrian path that offers complete safety for children.

The fully equipped summer kitchen (fridge, induction hob, plancha) allows you to have lunch in the middle of the day, sheltered from the sun.

On the roof of the garden shed, a solarium equipped with large benches allows moments of intimacy and the evening aperitif at sunset.

The boules pitch, sheltered by the umbrella pine, for petanque or children's games in complete safety.

Its proximity to the centre of the Village makes it a very pleasant place to live, with the baker, grocery store, butcher and tobacconist within a 5-minute walk.
