La Boîte à Sardines is a bright, comfortable apartment located in Le Rayol-Canadel sur Mer, just 100 meters from the beach. Set on the 2ᵉ floor of a quiet, secure residence with elevator, it accommodates up to 4 people. The accommodation comprises a living room with fully equipped open kitchen, a sleeping area with double bed offering a sea view, a small bedroom with bunk beds, as well as a shower room with WC.
The main feature is the 18 m² terrace, offering exceptional sea views. It allows you to enjoy meals outside, from sunrise to sunset. An important note: the original railing no longer complies with current standards, and tenants are responsible for their own safety, especially with children.
The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, hair dryer and bed linen and towels. The residence also offers a garden with trees and a parking space.
The location is ideal: beach and shops within walking distance, coastal walks, direct access to the Voie Verte for strolling, and proximity to the Domaine du Rayol. As the residence is peaceful and family-oriented, parties and barbecues are prohibited, and quiet must be respected.
