Studio, in a pine forest, in the vineyard heart of Ramatuelle 5 minutes from Pampelonne beach and close to the Escalet.

In the peninsula of Saint Tropez, between the village of Ramatuelle (4 kms) and the sea (L'Escalet 3 kms, Pampelonne 3 kms), 10 kms from Saint Tropez, on woodland surrounded by vineyards.

The apartment occupies the entire 1st floor of a small house.
It consists of a two-room air-conditioned 29 m2 plus terrace of 9 m2, 1st floor with direct personal access, facing south, including:

• A room of 21 m2 with two windows and a French window which gives on the terrace, furnished with a bed 140, chest of drawers, buffet, Satellite TV, table, chairs, etc, American kitchen insulated by a wall at mid-height and including / understanding : hob, oven pyrolise, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, sink, cupboards, small window.

• Small room of 6 m2 with two bunk beds (1 adult or 2 children), cupboards, window overlooking the terrace.

• Shower room opening onto the bedroom with shower, washbasin, WC, small window.

• Terrace of 9 m2 facing south, partially shaded, with garden furniture for meals.
