The villa can comfortably accommodate 12 people plus your pet. It has a large heated swimming pool and all the modern facilities and comforts you need for a dream vacation: covered and uncovered terraces, large modern kitchen, outdoor BBQ, air conditioning, alarm, TV, Wifi, gate, garage and large parking area, washing machine and dryer, pool beds, parasols, games, gym, fireplace...)

The accommodation is divided over 3 levels. The lower level has two bedrooms opening directly onto the pool, a bathroom with a large Italian shower and a separate toilet. The weight room is also on this level. On the ground floor, you'll enter the hallway into the 50m2 living room, which comprises a spacious lounge with library and open fire, a dining room with family table, and a large, modern, well-equipped kitchen. The living area is surrounded by 6 bay windows and covered and uncovered terraces, providing plenty of natural light and allowing you to enjoy exceptional views at any time of day. On this level you'll also find two large bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with Italian shower and WC, plus a separate guest WC, a garage and a laundry room. The upper level features the last two bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom with Italian shower and toilet. All tastefully designed with noble materials that respect the spirit of local architecture.
