Small residence comprising 12 air-conditioned 32m2 studios, 4 on the first floor and 8 on the ground floor.
Each studio on the ground floor has a lovely covered terrace, which is then uncovered. On the first floor, the studios also have a terrace, and all overlook a large swimming pool reserved for tenants.
The residence has a large, private, enclosed car park. Résidence le Pin is 150 m from the Plage du Débarquement, a superb beach of fine sand that stretches across the entire bay of Croix-Valmer and Cavalaire-sur-Mer, where you'll find the pier for the Iles d'Or (Port Cros, Porquerolles, etc.).
There is a launderette with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Wifi around the swimming pool.
Near the Résidence you'll find a grocery shop and bread depot, as well as a beachwear, clothes and press shop, not to mention the many restaurants and cafés by the sea...
