It is located 900 m on foot from the beautiful medieval village of Grimaud, known for its summer concerts in its castle.

The rooms are spread over two buildings, a two-storey square mill and a single-storey building (known as ‘le cabanon’). Both buildings were completely renovated between 2017 and 2020.

The upper part of the mill has a large living room and four large windows overlooking the garden to the north and the swimming pool to the south. It has a high ceiling with exposed beams and is equipped with a wood-burning stove, a bar area, a television and Wi-Fi. It opens onto a large terrace facing the cabanon, with a sandstone table that can seat 8 to 10 people and a superb 360° view of the property.
The lower part of the mill comprises two air-conditioned double bedrooms, a large bathroom and separate WC, with direct access to the garden on the north side and the pool on the south side, and a splendid panoramic view of the hills, valley and river.

The cottage has two bedrooms, each with air conditioning and a small en-suite bathroom with shower and WC, and a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a large, partly covered terrace with a summer kitchen.
Outdoor meals can be enjoyed on either terrace, depending on the heat and shade.

The property has parking for 2 to 3 cars, which is lit at night.
The 9 m long by 4.5 m wide swimming pool is mosaic-tiled and features a magnificent fountain built from the old millstones. It is also lit at night.
We also have a pétanque court.
