Third floor: hallway with toilet, large suite with sea view and 160x200 double bed, bathroom/shower room and toilet, bedroom with two single beds (which can be pushed together) and a shower room; all opening onto a large terrace and a winter garden with lounge, exercise bike, etc.

Pool level: a beautiful 40m² suite with lounge, bedroom, shower room and kitchen; with a terrace and a small lounge area in front.
The infinity pool, heated from May to October inclusive, has a pool house with shower, WC, refrigerator, microwave, shaded lounge area, wooden terraces, table tennis table, etc.

The house, built in 2007, is very functional and well equipped, and it is also very pleasant to dine in the indoor dining room or on one of the various terraces.

The house boasts a magnificent view of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez from every room. The view is magical at night too, as the gulf is illuminated.
