Situated in the heart of the ‘Venice of Provence’, the lakeside town of Port Grimaud, this charming fisherman's cottage offers an uninterrupted view of the harbour. Ideal for a stay with family or friends, it can accommodate up to 8 people.

Recently renovated, the house is fully air-conditioned and equipped with Wi-Fi, ensuring optimum comfort. You will also benefit from a private parking space, as well as all the facilities needed to make your stay a pleasant one. What's more, the beach is just 200 metres from the house, making it easy to enjoy the coastline on foot.

Inside, you'll find a bright living room with harbour views, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, four air-conditioned bedrooms, one with a study area, and two modern shower rooms.

Outside, there are two terraces: one with a small garden, ideal for relaxing in the open air, and the other with a breathtaking view of the harbour. The house also has a private parking space and parking cards giving you unlimited free access to the city's outdoor car park. These cards allow you to move freely around the lakeside town, discover the canals on board the coches d'eau (eco-friendly electric boats), take advantage of the electric golfette service during the summer season, and easily access the launch for your boat.

The house is located in a quiet, secure area, with a guardian, in the PG1 sector, guaranteeing absolute peace and quiet during your stay.
