South facing terrace with a garden area with 2 sun loungers and a table for 6 people with chairs.
Free parking is available on the property's fully enclosed grounds.

The flat is entered through a triple glass and steel door that leads into the dining room with an open kitchen.

From there, you have access to :
- a few steps down to a bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm) with a storage cupboard and a separate shower room + WC overlooking the north-facing garden;
- a few steps further up to the library lounge with fireplace. It is furnished with a 3-seater sofa + 2 palm leaf rope armchairs. Next to it, a guest toilet, a washbasin and a laundry room with a washing machine.
- on the 1st floor, a bedroom with 2 beds 90x200cm with a shower room open to the bedroom and a storage cupboard;
- on the 2nd floor, a bedroom with 1 double bed 140x200cm with a bathroom open to the bedroom + 2 dressing rooms and 1 independent WC (usable by the occupants of the bedroom on the 1st floor).

The flat is equipped with a reversible air-conditioning system (hot and cold) and a wood burning fireplace.

Other facilities: safe, barbecue/electric grill, wifi, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, satellite TV, DVD player...


The garden is watered using a large capacity rainwater tank.
Food waste is recycled into compost in the garden
