A TV allows you to follow the news on a daily basis. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer, electric coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, etc.
The bathroom has a bath and WC. There is a washing machine and an additional separate WC.
The flat is on the second floor, with a pleasant view from the loggia and garden furniture.
There is ample enclosed parking and access to the residence's magnificent swimming pool, which will delight the little ones and relax the grown-ups thanks to its large sunbathing area.
