Apartment with reversible air conditioning, one bedroom with a window and a sunny garden. It is very well equipped for 5 people. Provençal-style residence renovated in 2025 with an unattended, unheated swimming pool open from 9am to 9pm in season. Fibre internet access in the apartment. (Nov 2025)
The apartment is 800 metres from the sea (15 minutes on foot).
Shops are also within walking distance, about 15 minutes away.
Private parking is available in the basement of the residence.
The flat has three beds (1 double bed and 1 single bunk bed) in the cabin bedroom and a double bed in the main room in a high-quality ‘rapido’ sofa bed, which was replaced in 2023.
The mattresses are of good quality and have been recently replaced.

The flat has been renovated (furniture, tiling, painting, decoration, kitchen (2025), induction hobs, electric shutters and bathroom refurbished with shower and large cupboard) (2025). You have a dishwasher, a combined microwave/conventional oven and a combined fridge/freezer. There is also a flat-screen television. A new washing machine has been installed in the flat (Nov 2025).
You can enjoy a small, sunny, enclosed private garden (with deckchairs) measuring 20 m². The garden has a wooden deck and is enclosed by a gate. A loggia of just over 6 m² also completes the flat. It can be closed or opened completely depending on the weather conditions.

A table tennis table is available free of charge in the residence. Rackets and balls are available in the flat.
Four bicycles are at your disposal.

You will find very large sandy beaches in Cavalaire-sur-Mer.
Cavalaire is close to Saint Tropez, Sainte-Maxime, Port Grimaud, Le Lavandou, Bormes-les-Mimosas, etc. The islands of Port-Cros and Porquerolles are accessible from the port of Cavalaire-sur-Mer.
