Located in a pine wood, bordered by umbrella pines and palm trees, La Rescapade offers a choice of ground floor accommodation with simple and traditional appointments, including: a 37 m² two-room apartment for 2-4 guests with separate kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet, covered terrace and garden furniture; a 70m² three-room house able to accommodate up to 7 guests, with separate kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 showers, a toilet and large covered terrace, and a 100m² villa for 8 guests with 2 bedrooms, a living room with sofa bed, separate dining room, separate kitchen, bathroom with bath, toilet and large terrace with electric blinds. N.B.: the 70m² house can be downsized to 50m² and rented at a reduced rate for 5 guests or less by shutting off 1 bedroom and 1 shower. Guests also benefit from a large pool bordered by sun loungers, table tennis, a barbecue, infants' play area and shaded car park (unsupervised). La Nartelle beach is handily situated 3 minutes away on foot and offers an excellent choice of water sports and beach restaurants. This family-style gîte, ideal for regional sightseeing, also offers an optional breakfast service.
