The menu, designed to be shared and discovered, opens with playful starters served on a Lazy Susan: from Riviera classics like grilled octopus or pissaladière, to Asian-inspired creations like dim sum or delicate sushi.

The essence of the experience lies in the dishes cooked over a wood fire: local fish is roasted whole on the stone of a pizza oven, topped with bold sauces from South-East Asia or a more traditional Niçoise vinaigrette. Smoked and grilled meats revisit the barbecue with refinement, while signature dishes and refreshing desserts - iced mochi and a new twist on the Tropezienne - round off a menu that is cosmopolitan, generous and rooted in the local area.
