Les Délices du Pan Deï

This summer, the Pan Deï Palais unveils «Les Délices du Pan Deï» its new restaurant dedicated to sharing. Far from the crowds and hustle and bustle of the village, it is in an idyllic setting that Chef Antonio Oresta offers a unique menu each week, sublimating local produce from the market, enhanced by subtle Indian notes. Signature dishes include salt-crusted sea bass and lamb shoulder seasoned with garlic and rosemary.
