A highlight of Ramatuelle's built heritage, restored to its original condition in 2002, the mill is now open to visitors. The Association "Les Amis des Moulins de Ramatuelle" (Friends of the Ramatuelle Windmills) offers free, non-stop tours. - Paillas mill site :

Sunday September 22nd
Spooling and start-up according to wind conditions
Visit from 10:30am to 12:30pm and from 2pm to 6pm
10:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.: Musical entertainment by the Nid'Oc duo (galoubet, tambourine, barrel organ and songs) and pétanque.

- Visit to the Faubourg oil mill, rue du clocher (in the village)
