THE OLIVE GROVE
This estate, overlooking the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, is now one of the largest plantation in the Var region. Thierry and Stephanie’s mission is to unravel the secrets of their exceptional land for your pleasure, taking you on an unconventional guided tour of the estate. The olive oil produced here is a blend of 14 varieties grown on the plantation and is practically the only one of its kind in the world. The estate’s olive oil very distinctively belongs to the fruity green variety, with aromas of green tomato and raw artichoke, with peppery tones.

THE GÎTES (COTTAGES)
Just a few steps from the bustling city centre and the beaches, the two cottages at the heart of the estate offer you a haven of tranquillity, authenticity and refinement.

DELICATESSEN
Produce from the estate is on sale here: olives in sachets as well as olive oil and extra virgin olive oil by the bottle or by the can.
Other savoury delights and sweet treats are also on offer in the shop, along with cosmetic products and handmade soaps.
