Domaine de la Pierre Plantée

Sainte-Maxime
The unique expertise of the Olivier family on their land, La Pierre Plantée, has been handed down through generations.

The Olive Grove
The estate, overlooking the Golfe de Saint-Tropez, is currently one of the biggest plantations in the Var. Thierry and Stéphanie want to use their guided tours of the estate to assist guests in learning about this unique terroir.

A mix of the 14 types of olives grown on the plantation is used to make the estate's olive oil. It is distinct throughout the world because of this. Within the "fruité vert" category, its scents of fresh artichoke, green tomato, and pepper are easily distinguishable.

The cottages
The two cottages (maximum capacity 4 and 8 people) in the estate's center, just a short distance from the bustling town center and beaches, guarantee a stay that combines authenticity, serenity, and sophistication.

DELICATESSEN
The estate sells extra virgin olive oil in bottles or cans, as well as bagged olives.
The store also features sweets and other savory foods. Not to mention our handmade soaps and cosmetics prepared with olive oil. Thierry Olivier welcomes you to his estate of over 3,500 olive trees, where you can share his unique know-how, which has enabled him to produce an olive oil that has won several awards at various agricultural competitions.
