Domaine de la Giscle

On the southern foothills of the Massif des Maures in a green setting just a short distance from the Mediterranean shore, 35 hectares of vineyards are unveiled and are labeled A.O.P. Côtes de Provence and local wines.
For several generations, the Audemard family has perpetuated the growing
of vines, respecting the traditions. Before being devoted to the vineyard towards the end of the 16th century, the estate of La Giscle was a mill.
Visitors can still enjoy the old flour mill, the wheat threshing area, and the preserved stone millstones.

THE WINES OF THE ESTATE
In the air-conditioned cellars of more than 150 barrels the wines are raised in the three colors and with multiple particularisms, notably the spearhead range, the "Moulin de l’Isle" or the new batch "Exception de la Giscle", the years of exception.

DISCOVERING THE AREA
Between paintings and sculptures by local artists, a visit to the vineyard and wine museum and a video documentary visitors dive into the heart of the history of the family estate.
