Magnificent Mediterranean garden, standing witnessto the village's sumptuous past, the "Domaine" offersa fascinating insight into this stretch of the Maures coast at the turn of the 20th century,when the rich built their fabulous houses and vast gardens here.In March 1989, the "Conservatoire du Littoral" (Coastal Preservation Society),whose mission is to buy up stretches of the coast with a view to their future protection,put the landscape gardener Gilles Clément in charge of rehabilitating the "Domaine du Rayol". Here, visitors candiscover superb flora from Mediterranean climates the world over - a real round-theworldvoyage!

The visitors will discover in this park nearly 60 acclimatized plants in which certain centenaries like palm trees (jubaea or coconut of Chile) and many typical Mediterranean plants of our area (cane-apple bushes, cypress, pines).

This wooded park offers thousand subjects of interest like a marked out botanical course or guided tours with the ONF, the National Forests Office, suggested to children from 6 years old.
